We are looking for a data engineer who enjoys identifying patterns and insights to solve problems faced by millions of people.

Work Experience

• Experience working with datasets containing a large set of variables.
• Experience building data pipeline infrastructure.
• History of extracting value from large disconnected datasets that can be added to the product.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• A systems thinker who can easily recognize patterns to develop frameworks and solutions to solve the complex needs.
• Experience with signal processing is preferred but not required.

What You Will Do

• Work with product usage data to identify user behavior and possibilities for improvements.
• Work with Speech and Text data to create and improve metrics.
• Create tools for easy analysis of the data by the rest of the team.
• Work closely with design and product on research, ideation, prototyping, and testing features that delight users and drive growth for Poised
• Become a founding team member and set culture in the organization
